Citizens living outside the U.S., including members of the military and spouses and dependents are eligible to register to vote in Morgan County, if Morgan County was your last domestic address. The Federal Voter Assistance Program (FVAP) has now launched the Voter Registration Assistant, a new fillable Federal Postcard Application tool on its website to automate the process of registering and requesting a ballot. You must meet the usual voter registration deadlines.
