Administration Division

The Administration Division handles the service of civil processes, including evictions, protection orders, and civil standby. Additionally, the Division manages sex offender information, including the registry and offender map, as well as concealed carry permit information and Colorado gun laws.

The Civil Process 

The Civil Unit is responsible for the service of civil processes. These processes include, but are not limited to: Writ of Restitutions/Evictions. The Civil Unit receives approximately 300 civil process papers/orders per month.
