4-H Intern/Clerk Part Time Seasonal

4-H Intern/Clerk Part Time Seasonal - The Morgan County
4-H intern is responsible for working with the 4-H Extension
Staff and assists in the organization and delivery of the
Morgan County 4-H Program. Primary job duties include
assisting with the 4-H program in Morgan County and
working with adult and youth volunteers in the design 
and implementation of educational programs. Must be a 
self-starter, able to work on his/her own after training and
direction, proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge
and experience with 4-H or other youth organizations is
desirable. Qualified applicants must possess organizational,
leadership, and communication skills, access to 
transportation adequate for the job responsibilities and 
the flexibility to work some weekends and evenings.
Employment typically runs from May to mid-August for

ENTRY CLERK/BILINGUAL CLERK

ENTRY CLERK/BILINGUAL CLERK - Front Office Clerks 
are the first point of contact for clients, community partners 
and visitors to the department.
They will provide customer service, clerical and staff support
duties. Knowledge will be obtained of programs within each
unit and required of all assistance programs and applications
administered by the department for State and Federal programs.
Clerks will answer and direct all incoming calls, will determine
the reason, demeanor and urgency of a client/visitor request
or need, as well as work with special needs population as to 
language and disability. Clerks will assess client’s needs and 
may refer to other agencies and community services. Clerks 
will use computer access to the Colorado Benefits Management
Systems (CBMS) and Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) to provide
supportive services to staff members while assisting clients 
with inquiries into the status of their eligibility application and
ongoing case status. Furthermore, Clerks will complete defined
work in a timely and professional manner with great attention 
to detail, support on-going process improvement and unit or 
department changes. Clerks must have an understanding of 
basic office protocol, computer programs, and regulations 
required by County, State and Federal government. The Front
Office Staff will work as a team to promote our motto: Building
Toward a Safe Self Sufficient Community.

ENTRY LEGAL TECHNICIAN CHILD SUPPORT

ENTRY LEGAL TECHNICIAN CHILD SUPPORT - The position 
conducts duties associated with the establishment, 
enforcement and modification of child support cases. This 
position requires the individual to learn multiple computer 
programs, state and federal laws and regulations, tax forms, 
statutes and intrastate and interstate rules and regulations. 
This position will develop a course of action that needs to 
be taken on an individual case, prepare the correct legal 
documents and be responsible for maintaining the case 
correctly on the child support computer system to ensure 
the accuracy of all cases and that all are done pursuant to 
state and federal rules and regulations. This position is 
highly visible and requires direct contact with the state 
department, courts, attorneys, employers and the general 
public.
